Torrential rains on top of frozen and saturated earth has caused flooding on the Housatonic river above Bulls Bridge. Ice overflowed from the river and sheered off trees and telephone poles as well as undermining state road Rt 7. It has not peaked yet so the closure is anticipated for weeks not days now. www.youtube.com next vid
