Update: Well it's Chinese new year again and I found some new underwater charges. tinyurl.com Can't wait for spring when all the ice melts to try these out. Fun with underwater firecrackers from China. These guys are a nice size as you can see at the beginning of the vid. Now only the tip has powder and I was really surprised to see how little of it there was when we cracked one open but the packing really pays off here. The plastic is incredibly thick for a firecracker even for other underwater charges I have seen.
